Hi! I’m Nick! I earned my bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and my master’s degree in Secondary Education with a Math Concentration. I am Pennsylvania certified in Mathematics (7-12) as well as Physics (7-12).

I started tutoring as a work study job as an undergrad in a nearby high school, then tutored calculus and physics in grad school. I’ve been teaching all levels of high school mathematics for over 17 years I have been teaching AP Calculus since 2016, tripling the number of qualifying scores (3 or greater) in my first three years compared to the previous three at my school. I currently teach Honors Calculus, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC. I have experience teaching and one on one tutoring both online and in a classroom setting,
I am a firm believer in constructivism, feeling I can meet any student where their current skills are and take them where they want to be by building on prior knowledge. I am willing and able to create an individualized curriculum that can fill in any inevitable gaps in skills from previous courses, or utilize any resources or materials a student may have.
