I've written the book on MS Project 2007 and 2010. In fact, I have written two books, one for each version and it is used by Fortune 100 companies to get their work done each day. I teach you what you need to know to be proficient in MS Project and become the office expert.
MS Project is one program you really can't learn on your own and get your job done at the same time. I have taught "experts" in MS Project with more than 15 years of experience and they realized how improperly they have been using it. One college professor went back and changed his curriculum because of what I taught him.
Don't learn just the button pushes. Learn what MS Project is doing for you and to you. You know what I mean. It does things when you don't expect and doesn't do things when you want it to.
I will teach you how to avoid the #1 and #2 mistakes people make - even the experienced people. Be confident in your MS Project knowledge. Send me an email now.
In addition to MS Project, I've taught thousands of those who wanted to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP(r)) exam. With a 99.9% "pass-on-the-first-try" rating, I think you'll agree, I'm doing a great job. In addition to helping people prepare for the exam, I teach Project Management Fundamentals, Proper Project Management Methodologies, Advanced Project Management and Project Risk Management. Other topics include team building, conflict resolution, leadership and more - all the important skills a project manager needs to be successful. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
