About Hilliard

I have a lot of experience with the English language as a professional proofreader and copy editor for the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, as a published independent journalist, and as a writer-reporter for local newspapers, including, most recently, The Town and Country Newspaper. located in the Upper Perkiomenville Valley.

Having also worked as a theatrical professional, I have worked in a supervised setting with many children and teens on school theatrical productions.

I am new in the personal tutoring field, and so I am able to keep my hourly rates very low and competitive with other tutors. I will discuss any of my approaches to helping your child prior to beginning to work with him/her. We will pre-arrange the number of hours and/or visits I would think are necessary to help your child.

If you are satisfied with my services and wish more, we can certainly increase the number of hours/visits we have arranged. if you are dissatisfied with my services, we can terminate our previous agreement at your discretion.
