I am Professional Photographer for the past 27 years. I graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia as Valedictorian in 1989 and I was also awarded Best Portfolio in my class. I was recognized in Who’s Who of American Junior Colleges for an outstanding GPA. I have a serious passion for photography and the arts. I recognized my abilities for the arts in high school and picked up the medium of photography while serving in the military in Nuremberg Germany in 1984.
I have tutored in the past on a personal level. I love sharing my craft and passion with those who have the same passion or just a mere interest in the technical side of the format. I am so pleased when I see the smile on the students face of the first image that they truly love. Building a rap-ore that will last into their endeavors in the field of photography as a mentor or a friend.
I have been utilizing Photoshop since its inception and I have extensive knowledge in the process of the software and it has given me a new way of processing images along with other programs in our modern day technology.
I have broad knowledge of every format of cameras ranging from 35mm, 2 1/4, 4x5 and 8x10.
I have an art background and photography is a format that lets you paint with light on a black canvas with multitude of different techniques.
I am excited to share my craft, passion and my 27 years of experience in still life, nature, and many other diverse professional aspects for an exciting career in the field of photography. Love it and live it.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have an Associates Degree in Photography from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. I have been a professional photographer for 27 years and I have worked with over a hundred clients.
I have utilized many Photographic Assistant's over the years. I have taught them how to advance in the field with special techniques and tricks of the trade that fine tune their craft and passion for photography to facilitate their aspirations in life to achieve a vocation as a Professional Photographer.
