Hi, My name is Nitin and I am currently studying Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh. I am a SAT Test Prep tutor as well as a math tutor and python programming tutor. I scored a 1480 on the SAT with a 770 in Math and 710 in the reading and writing section. Hi, My name is Nitin and I am currently studying Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh. I am a SAT Test Prep tutor as well as a math tutor and python programming tutor. I scored a 1480 on the SAT with a 770 in Math and 710 in the reading and writing section. I have previous experience teaching as I was a camp instructor where we taught high schools students basic python programming and the fundamentals of AI. As a tutor, my focus is to create the best possible environment for the student to succeed. That means tailoring our sessions to your preferences. However, I am also able to structure lessons for students if they wish that to be the case.

SAT:
Preparing for the SAT isn't just about understanding the concepts they test you on. It's about understanding the test itself. As someone who recently took the SAT in 2021, the reason I was able to score high on the math section was because I understood the test. The SAT has repeated patterns and question types and I will work with you to ensure you get the best possible score. For the reading section the same principles hold true. Simply going into this section without a strategy will usually lead to failures for students. In order to succeed in this section students must have a figurative bag of tricks up their sleeve to easily dissect this section.

SSAT:
As an SSAT tutor, I have taught many students and many of them have achieved scores in the top 1% of SSAT takers. I strive to identify students weaknesses and address them, while also teaching them how to approach the test to avoid pitfalls and traps that the test has.

Nitin was very patient and had indepth knowledge of the topics for SAT PREP. He went through with both math and English portion of the test and gave tips all through out.

Great tutor!

My daughter needed some last minute confidence to take her upcoming SAT after taking a practice exam. Nitin gave her tips, went over the incorrect answers on her practice exam and restored her confidence. I wish we had found him sooner! Also has a calming nature for SAT nervousness. Can’t recommend him enough.
