In addition to having much experience with Biology and Anatomy/Physiology courses on my road to becoming a doctor, I have several years of experience tutoring these courses. At the University of Wisconsin as a Junior and Senior I tutored students in college level Biology, Ecology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, and Genetics. My tutoring style is usually pretty simple; I let my students decide how they want the sessions to go. If they would like for me to prepare a lesson on a topic, I can do that. If they would like to go over their assignments or talk through course material and practice questions we can do that too!
Finally, my expertise goes beyond science coursework: for pre-med students I am also happy to give out advice on being a competitive medical school applicant. I am excited to get started with you and to watch your improvement in understanding of these fun topics!
