And you want to succeed not because status or positions make you better, but because money is extremely useful, and higher positions make more of it. Also, B2B sales positions can do better than most other mid-responsibility positions.

My proposal to you is this: Learn the traits to think as a business consultant, learn the models and protocols for managing people, also those of creating wealth and growth, and those of organizing roles and goals within an organization. Give yourself six to eight weeks to develop the awareness of where you really are, build curiosity and the business acumen for your actual needs, develop a vision of the future and a way to strengthen your self-confidence. I’d love to help you.

As the head of HR of a large builder, I had to let go more than 500 people in middle-management roles. I decided to have those very difficult conversations in a much more constructive way. As letting them go was already a fact, they could take it on the chin or they could go through a process I designed to make sure their self-esteem was not harmed, since it's too painful - I can attest to that - and it takes a very long time to get to where you were before.

Besides an MBA, I have held positions of leadership in large international companies like Dupont, International Paper, Sony, and SumTotal. I have been the Sales Director for some, the Head of People for others. And I have been lucky to be mentored by prominent executives. You can add I have formal studies in Education, in Models (econometric), in Regional Planning, and in Political Analysis.

I was a privileged kid, with access. But not a spoiled brat. What would happen if I transfered you all the know-how and experience in a fun and visual way, of all I learned through the years in high positions, both socially and in companies, as if you were part of my family?
