Outside of tutoring students in the classroom, I have mentored over 25 students in the laboratory. I have attended the National Research Mentoring Networking-Cooperation Academic Network Big Ten Mentorship Workshop.

I have spoken about biology and careers related to the filed at local New Jersey high schools.

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at UPenn/CHOP. I am a stem cell biologist studying interneuron development.

I think that it is most important to relate science back to real world examples and pop culture. I have a very flexible schedule and generally prefer to tutor in the evenings.

Look forward to working with you.

Helpful with subject and test taking skills

Bill used examples that were easy to understand when explaining concepts. Responded fast when planning session and started the session on time. Very knowledgeable and great tutor. I would highly recommend him to a friend and I plan to continue contacting him for help in the future! Honestly one of the best tutors I've had in biochemistry.
