Bio

I know from my own experience that even with a great teacher or lecturer, it can be hard to master a topic without talking and working through the material with someone else. I pride myself on my ability to explain concepts and processes in novel ways, and I love to see something click within a student's mind.

I have limited professional tutoring experience, but in the past have been a volunteer tutor/teacher aide for reading, math, science, and debate with students in grades 5-8. Of course,...

I am well-versed in using Outlook's folders, filters, and other features to organize correspondence, extract and manage tasks, and configure calendars to improve productivity. I am also proficient in using Outlook (and Teams) to schedule, initiate, and manage remote meetings. I informally coached other members of my team on how to make the most of Outlook and other Microsoft 365 applications, and eventually, I assumed primary responsibility for maintaining our shared knowledge base and document repository using OneNote, Teams, and Sharepoint.
