B.A. from the University of Scranton (Chemistry)
University of Pennsylvania (Enrolled)
While at the University of Scranton I studied Chemistry and Mathematics. I excelled in the four Organic Chemistry courses (including one graduate level) I took, receiving no grade below an A. I also tutored several students in both general and organic chemistry for four years. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Scranton, I was accepted into The University of Pennsylvania's Chemistry Ph.D. program. In my first year of graduate school I maintained a 3.85 GPA in eight organic chemistry graduate level courses. I also taught Organic Chemistry I and II recitation and helped many struggling students achieve success in the course. I can help you focus on the material you need to succeed and am able to make organic chemistry as easy as possible for students to learn.
Any in person session will have to take place on or near Penn's campus. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals in organic chemistry. While at the University of Scranton I studied Chemistry and Mathematics. I excelled in the four Organic Chemistry courses (including one
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
