I am a focused and innovative instructor, with experience in multicultural student-centers. My teaching goal is for my students to spark a vision of their individual potential, to connect with them, and to help them create skills in which their academic possibilities can be accomplished. I am fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian languages, and am likewise certified in ESL and as an International Baccalaureate Russian teacher (SL + HL). In addition, I specialize in Elementary Education. I create varieties of learning tasks in order to address multiple learning styles as well as developing yearly course plans as part of grade team. I believe that students with the right assistance and support system can succeed in any learning environment.
Moreover, my program includes intensive reading, grammar, and vocabulary practice, striving to produce excellent results in all of my students, regardless of prior experience. I work hard to keep my students engaged and challenged; fostering study and test skills that will help them achieve their goals and improve academic performance.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
My qualifications include a Professional TESOL Certificate in the state of Pennsylvania K-12 education, Elementary K-5, and Russian Language K-12. I have experience with instruction in elementary education teaching summer school and tutoring kids privately.
I am interested in applying for this position in consequence of my extensive background in working as a teacher, which I feel that I am well-trained for and passionate about. I am a highly professional, results-driven teacher with experience in the development and delivery of language programs to a wide variety of students encompassing diverse backgrounds, beginners to advanced, from students to immigrants to business professionals.

My qualifications include a Professional ACTR Certificate in the state of Pennsylvania and Russian Language K-12. My experience includes a span of ten years as a Russian language teacher in a high school environment, culminating in the instruction of Levels 1-5 as well as the Russian International Baccalaureate program. Over the years, my students consistently scored highly, with average grades of 5-7 (7 being maximum).
I also have experience tutoring Russian to students of different age groups and backgrounds.
Also, I organized the Russian National Olympiad (Temple University) in the tri-state area, which had great success. Students were well prepared to win gold, silver, and bronze medals and competed on the international level.
In addition, as a member of ACTR, I was qualified to host the National Russian Essay contest in my classroom for many years. Numerous students won awards in this competition over the years.
