About Steven

Bio

I am very personable. People almost always enjoy my company, and I theirs. I get invested in the successes of all my students. We often maintain relationships for many years after the professional relationship ends. As long as someone is willing to try I will do what I can to help them live up to their potential.

I am very personable. People almost always enjoy my company, and I theirs. I get invested in the successes of all my students. We often maintain relationships for many years after the professional relationship ends. As long as someone is willing to try I will do what I can to help them live up to their potential.

I graduated from Waukesha South High School in Wisconsin. My ACT score was over 30. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Wisconsin. I graduated with a 3.8. My LSAT score was in the top 10%. In 2000 I graduated from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark with a J.D. I am now a lawyer for a prestigious non-profit.

I have been tutoring people for many many years. I have taught people when we did not even share a common language.

I have done many things in my life. I started and ran newspapers, record companies, a motorcycle shop, recording studio, and did real estate development among other things, before I went to law school.

I relate well with young people. My current job includes speaking with large and small groups of students of all ages to explain their civil rights and the US constitution. I also train about 80 college students each year to handle the intake for our organization's help line.

I expect people to live up to their potential; there is no excuse for less. We will work hard, we will have fun, but we WILL excel.
