I've wanted to teach from the time I was a freshman in high school, and started working with elementary students at Nottingham Elementary. During my years in high school, I was involved with a lot of activities at Nottingham Elementary, including tutoring students and the C.H.U.M.S. program, which I co-founded. Recently, I ran into a student who I tutored and she told me how much of a difference I made in her life. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
