I have been involved with education since my early days in kindergarten. My latest endeavor was tutoring Russian/Israelis and Native/Israeli elementary-12th grade ESL. I really enjoyed the personal relationships I was able to develop not only with the children but with their parents.
I spent the last part of my professional career as a Professor of Education, teaching people to be teachers. Kutztown University was the last US school where I taught, researched, counseled, and spent time with community leaders working on diversity issues. All of my 30+ years of experience had a huge, positive impact on my successful ability to tutor non-English speaking children.
I have created/taught various courses for English Methodology courses at the college/university level. I have a BS in Elementary ED k-6 and an MS in Special Ed k-6. I taught 1st grade, K-12 Special Ed., and Middle School in both Israeli and Druze School systems. I tutored for 3 years in Israel.

It's all up to you. I look forward to meeting you. I have been involved with education since my early days in kindergarten. My latest endeavor was tutoring Russian/Israelis and Native/Israeli elementary-12th grade ESL. I
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
