During high school I excelled at both Chemistry and Math, receiving a grade of 790 of 800 in the Math Level 2 Achievement test; and 798 of 800 in the Chemistry Achievement test.
I am a professional archaeologist with decades of experience. I began this journey when only 17, when I first worked on an archaeological site in Winchester, UK. I then earned an Honors B. A. from Trent University, Peterborough, Ontario, followed by an M.Phil. degree from the Institute of Archaeology, University of London. My M.Phil. thesis was on a variety of pottery produced in Roman Britain. It was published by British Archaeological Reports.
After returning to the USA, I worked primarily in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, in projects involving both prehistoric and historic resources. I led projects ranging from searches for undiscovered sites, through evaluations of found sites, to full scale excavations of important sites. I analyzed the data recovered from various projects, particularly the stratigraphy, and various historic period artifacts such as coins, weapon parts and buttons. I have also taught Archaeology to adult students at the Abington High School Evening School.
Having accumulated this knowledge over the last 4 decades, I now wish to share it with those seeking tutoring.
