My son has been meeting with Matthew now for a number of lessons. His tutoring has helped my son pass one of the hardest tests there is - the PCATs. He is now helping him get advanced knowledge of Organic Chemistry, which they say is the hardest course. My son is going to Wilkes, and needs to get A's in this course. Matthew has much knowledge in Organic Chemistry. Alec really enjoys his teaching approach.
Matthew has really been a great tutor and has helped me to understand organic chemistry a lot better then I could have done on my own. I would highly recommend him!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
