Well prepared and Knowledgeable

Michael had his lesson plan well prepared for me to begin learning basic Spanish. We worked on “ser”and “estar”. I’m confident that if I do my part and study, that I’ll be able to reach my goal of learning Spanish with Michael. He was super responsive, encouraging, and professional. I was very impressed.

Patient, Warm and Knowledgable

Michael did a great job conversing and helping my daughter review her beginning French skills. He was patient and did the right amount of correcting without making her feel self-conscious about her abilities. He was also terrific about communication promptly with me about the appointment.

Michael is a knowledgable and patient tutor

Michael is a great tutor; he began tutoring my son in the summer to help get him ready for Spanish 3. We did not have any Spanish books at home but Michael brought his own to work with. My son enjoys working with Michael and asked if Michael can tutor him for the school year. Consequently, Michael tutors my son weekly ; he even comes over twice during the week to help my son prepare for a test. I recommend Michael to anyone who needs Spanish help!

Thorough and patient

Michael is currently working on Spanish with my son. He's very patient and thorough. He's also very flexible in covering the content, whether it's a topic learned that day or reviewing information presented a year ago in class. At my request, Michael even reached out to the Spanish teacher to discuss the results of a recent test.

Great help!

Michael was very helpful in assisting my son with some tough sections of high school Spanish. He was flexible in meeting our busy weekend schedule and was extremely knowledgeable in high school Spanish. In addition Michael was patient with my son and willing to address and work on whatever area needed extra attention and time. Michael always called to confirm appointments ahead of time and arrived at our home on time and prepared to work with our son. His help made a significant difference in our son's performance and grade in his Spanish class.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

We reviewed the conjugation of verbs along with going over various conversational aspects of the language. His review got straight to the point and helped me to remember concepts I had difficulty grasping in the past.
