I have a passion for learning, so much so that much of what I know is a result of a personal desire to know how things work. This fuels my desire in sharing what I've learned with others .
I grasp concepts best by not only learning tasks and methods, but gaining a complete understanding of why each step is taken, and where it will connect. Training with an explanation of this bridge creates excitement and breeds desire to to learn more, love the learning process, and ultimately love what you do.
I have completed Adobe Photoshop Training in Philadelphia/2007. Trained & Actively use Photoshop and the entire Creative Suite bundle from 2000-current. This includes CS2 through CS6, as well as the entire current Adobe Touch apps (android) and Creative Cloud offerings.
I have a strong knowledge of multiple CMS platforms, often creating custom modules, plugins, and themes. I primarily focus on my preferred CMS, WordPress.
In the past nine years running a sole-proprietorship, I have completed contracts for government townships, a police department, medical and dental providers, several construction/remodeling/home-builder businesses, a residential real estate company, the organizational head of all realtors for the "Greater Harrisburg" area, as well as for businesses within the food and entertainment industries.
In addition, I have completed online storefronts, android applications, and numerous custom web and data-mining applications with a strong PHP/MySQL focus.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have maintained active use of DreamWeaver since 2005 to present, currently using DreamWeaver CS6.
While employed by the state of Pennsylvania as lead web developer, I created the recommendation, purchase order, and subsequent staff training on DreamWeaver CS4.
I have an A.S. in graphic design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
I attended a technical high school majoring in Advertising Art & Design.
I have been actively completing contracts, as well as tasks while employed, creating digital media, media for print, as well as full rebranding including delivery of corporate identity print products to state and privately held companies since 2005.
I have actively used PHP since PHP3 on both Lunux and Microsoft-based servers.
I have installed the binary, library components and extensions, and managed their state through domain(directory)-based php.ini files throughout this time.
I currently maintain freehand php programming and functions in text editors for individual protects, as well as pluggable functions for existing platforms and CMS systems, such as WordPress.
I use PHP in conjunction with MySQL and Adobe FlashBuilder for PHP to create web and mobile apps.
I run a sole proprietorship offering, in part, web design services. I have completed contracts and currently maintain sites for government (both city and state), medical providers, and more.
I have held positions with multiple agencies as the sole web developer on staff, and as Lead Developer responsible for small to medium-sized teams of up to 15 developers.
