I am one of many future students going into grad school to continue further education and push for their goals. One of the big hurdles I had to get over was the GRE. Sarah after talking with her and establishing a workable schedule was able to meet. She was understanding, knowledgeable of the material and even made math (which is my weakest study skill) into something manageable and show improvement. She also took into consideration of my special needs and requirements and catered them very well to her lessons. With her study skills and approach I was shoeing vast improvement. I would recommend her for any subject that you need help with.

Sarah tutored my son for the ACT's. Sarah made sure to figure out my son's learning style and set him up with a plan that worked for him. He went into the test feeling much more confident than the first time. I am thankful to have found her. Knowing that, if we need help with any subject or test, Sarah could help us out again! This was not our first experience with a tutor, but it was the best and most helpful. We definitely recommend Sarah!

Sarah has worked through the math concepts which needed reviewing with my daughter, and has also used her expertise in the structure of the SAT math section to help her complete the problems she already knew how to solve in a much quicker manner. Great job!

GRE,
Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I attended MIT for two years before transferring to Drexel University to study educational psychology. I have tutored Geometry for over 5 years, helping students from middle school to college.

I scored in the 95th percentile on both the verbal and math sections of the GRE. I worked for Kaplan Test Prep for 5 years before leaving to pursue private tutoring. In that time, I helped students learn how to ace the SAT, ACT and GRE by understanding how the test is structured and what strategies work best to beat the test. I help students study smarter by focusing on the types of questions they are most likely to see test day, and understanding the way test makers think.

I scored a 740 on the SAT reading section the first time I took the SAT's as a high schooler. During college, I worked for Kaplan Test Prep where I fine tuned my ability to teach students how to approach the SAT reading comprehension section.
