I'm Dan H. and I'm a PA certified teacher for K-12 Spanish. I have my Master's in Education and a Bachelor's in Spanish. I love teaching and I believe that each and every student deserves to learn in a safe and comfortable environment. I understand, however, that sometimes students may feel like they've fallen through the cracks for that the teacher/professor is moving way too quickly and that they can't slow the lesson down. One of the greatest benefits of hiring a tutor is the one on one relationship that the tutor and student enjoy; having a personal tutor–especially a certified teacher– can make the difference between hating the subject and developing a love for it!
My passion for learning is evident: I became a teacher of Spanish, I learned to speak Italian, I taught myself to play guitar, and I'm also a pilot. I have diverse interests and I enjoy sharing my many experiences with each and every potential student! I hope that you will consider my services as you look for a tutor. I'd be willing to work with you in the following subject areas: Spanish (K-College), English (K-College), Mathematics (K-Pre-Calculus), Sciences (K-12 Bio, Chem and Physics).
I look forward to working with you in the future!
May your love learning and pursuit of knowledge continue to grow each day!
P.S. Please also know that I have a current and valid PA State Background Check, Childline Child Abuse Verification, and FBI Fingerprinting reports for your review if you so wish. Hello, friends!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
