Christine was extremely patient and encouraging with my recalcitrant teenager who admitted after she left that Christine was "really good".
Christine has been an incredible find to help our three kids get organized for the school year. She has been amazing working with our 3rd, 6th, and 8th graders. She has prompted them to stay on top of their assignment books, homework, and due dates. It has made the start of the school year go much more smoothly.
We cannot thank Christine enough for her attention to detail and assistance in getting our kids off on the right track this school year. They are so much more organized and able to be more independent about what they need to succeed in the school year. If any of our kids starts an academic slide or needs a little help, we won't hesitate to ask Christine back. She has an exceptional talent for understanding the individual needs of each of our kids. Thank you, WyzAnt, for providing us with such a fantastic tutor and educator.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
