I started my photography career working in the photography crime lab in Washington DC. I attended SUNY and have an associates degree in Technical Photography. I have worked for some of the major photography companies during my career such as Kodak, Konica and Fujifilm.
I primarily shoot wedding photography, portraits and sports. If you shoot weddings, you know it is the most difficult type of photography and covers all of the photography disciplines. Postprocessing is also important to know. I work with Photoshop-Lightroom and Onone.
I shoot with Canon and Panosonic. I work with of camera flash and natural light. I also attend seminars and webinars from some of the top photographers. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have extensive knowledge about photography. I also worked as a trainer for the Konica corporation for three years. I love sharing my photography experience.
