Biology for my son is now a favorite subject. Johnnie's patient, engaging teaching style as well as her assessment of his learning style has provided him with the confidence to go from "C" grades to "A". We love her!
Johnette is one of the best teachers that has ever worked with my son. He wants to be a Dr. and she is helping to layout his destiny. My son loves working with Johnette.
Jonnie was awesome! She took very complicated scientific principles, streamlined them and made them flow in a logical manner that fit nicely for my daughter. She turned the entire semester around for my child and went above and beyond to prepare for each lesson and even provided extra web-sites as reference for study. Jonnie is dedicated to her work and knows her stuff!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
