Nathan serves a faculty member and consultant for Andrus Center for Learning & Innovation based in New York. As part of the center, the Sanctuary Institute provides training and support for the implementation of the Sanctuary Model. The Model is a trauma informed approach to organizational change and child interaction. Mr. Leeman has brought to Pace his expertise in the trauma informed classroom, the Sanctuary Model, and Aimsweb, a web-based Curriculum Based Measurement (CBM) tool, and shares it with public school district personnel and at national education conferences.
In addition to a Master Degree in Education and the Principal and Instructional Technologist Certifications from the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Leeman is working towards his doctorate in Education Administration from Youngstown State University. Along with day to day responsibilities, Nathan has chaired the Pace School Technology Committee and currently leads the Professional Development Committee.

My experience ensures that I conduct myself in a professional manner and have excellent relationships with the student and families. I am nurturing and supportive for students.
