I have been a professional photographer for over 35 years. Prior to that, I was a secondary education teacher and camera department manager. I have been operating a full-time photography studio since 1977 specializing in portraits and weddings. For the last 10 years I have gained substantial knowledge in digital photography and the use of Adobe Photoshop for post-capture image enhancements and retouching. I have instructed students from beginners to advanced amateurs and even beginning professionals in camera, composition and lighting techniques. I have also helped students with basic to advanced Photoshop instruction including the use of layers, blending modes, adjustments and special effect digital filters. At this point in my career, I am reducing my studio workload and would like to spend more time instructing the people that are serious about acquiring and producing top quality photographic images.
