Middle school, high school, or university levels are welcome. When I tutor literature, my method is to engage the student in the process first by "unpacking" the story elements early on. Readers of literature have to use their imagination to identify with the characters. In addition, we will examine the work from critical and analytical standpoints. I like to use the Socratic Method in which there is considerable interaction between me and my students.
