Where ever you are with this process, I honor you. It is something we all face at some point in our lives. Unlike many people, I was born into a life on stage as a performer. I was out in front before I even knew what to be afraid of. What this did for me was build confidence and create a natural curiosity on how to effectively communicate. Many of the principles I've learned are the same for one person in an interview to a thousand people from a stage. Over the years I have developed some very effective techniques, tools and strategies for calming my nerves letting my own light shine. It's time I shared these techniques with you.
A brief background about myself:
My mom owned a ballet school when I was a toddler so the first time I found myself on stage was at the age of 6 while playing the role of Old King Cole in "Goose Tales". Performances on stage became a consistent part of my upbringing. By 3rd and 4th grade I competed in a local speech competition and won both years. When I was 14 I danced in front of the largest crowd yet; 2500 people. By High School I was involved in Forensics and held leading roles in all the plays and musicals. During my college years I majored in Ballet, Theater, and Professional Film Acting. Since then I've turned almost exclusively to Film and TV acting and have been successful in the NW for the past few years. I've also spent a lot of time studying group dynamics, non-verbal communication, and facilitation. I've been fortunate enough to use these skills successfully in many public speaking environments. Most recently I had a side job with a local walking tour company and was able to really hone my skills with groups of people in numbers from 2 - 25.
Enough about me, lets talk about you.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
