I completed my undergraduate degree in General Biology at Portland State University where I tutored math/chemistry for 3 years at Portland State University. I was also a teaching assistant for General Chemistry for 2 years.
I am currently practicing as a clinical pharmacist at a primary care clinic where I teach pharmacy students, residents, and medical providers on how to apply evidence-based medicine to provide the best patient care.
My passion for teaching comes from my desire to help students succeed in pharmacology by providing pharmacology lessons tailoring to the student's learning level.
I obtained my Doctorate of Pharmacy at Oregon State University, Oregon Health and Science University in 2019. I completed a Post-Graduate Year One residency at an acute care hospital in Salem, Oregon and a Post-Graduate Year Two Residency at a primary care clinic in Eugene, Oregon.
I am a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) currently practicing as a clinical pharmacist at a primary care clinic.
I help students from any medical programs struggling with pharmacology as well as helping students prepare for board exams (e.g. NAPLEX, BCPS, BCACP, etc.).
Please contact me to discuss further details on the hourly rate as well as how I can help you be successful in pharmacology. I work full-time as a clinical pharmacist so my availability is in the evening Pacific time and online teaching only.
