I was a paraprofessional for 12 years working with students with severe physical and intellectual challenges. I can tube feed and am familiar with equipment to support students with sitting, standing and walking. I am certified in Assistive Technology. I treat all students with dignity and respect.

As a full inclusion specialist, I worked with teachers and students with math challenges. I assessed students using standardized and informal protocols. Assessment is important to get to know what strategies work best for individual students who may have different learning styles. Based on assessment I can document students present levels of performance then determine what prerequisite steps they need to meet their goals.
