Oklahoma State University (Marketing)
My name is Kelsey. I am a Junior at Oklahoma State University studying marketing and minoring in finance. Other than studying, I spend my time at my job. I also enjoy spending time with friends, babysitting, and taking photos. I have a lot of experience with children and peers my age. For instance, my past three jobs have been nannying 3 children, counselor at a horse riding facility, and a job local to my campus community. I have tutored the kids I watched over along with my cousins before. I love seeing the light bulb that goes off in their head when they finally realize that they are capable to learn anything their hearts desire. Being a tutor would allow me to have more of these indescribable moments.
Math was once challenging to me; however, I made a game out of the problems which taught me to love the subject. I have taken college math courses up to Business Calculus.
I have received an above average TAX Test writing score, along with high ACT and SAT writing score. I also have completed two English writing courses; receiving an A in both.
Photography has been a hobby and a job for me. I absolutely love going out and taking new photos and learning new techniques of editing.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
