Knowledgeable, patient, and clear tutor
Linda, 10 lessons with JudithJudith has been an excellent source for my daughter! She refers to her as “the queen of complex math”! She is clear in her explanations and guides the student in an effective method for learning. She couldn’t be happier with the results she is getting in her Honors Pre-Calc class!
After completing a Ph.D. in mathematics, I began a 30-year teaching career at the university level. During this time, I taught courses at all levels of mathematics. I enjoy teaching calculus, especially preparing students to take the AP Calculus exams.
I also have an interest in encouraging women in the sciences and mathematics. To this end I started the Women in Mathematics program, whose goal was to provide a strong network of support for women students in the sciences.

Best teacher ever!!!
This is the BEST advanced upper level math teacher I have EVER had!!! She knows all her facts without having to look anything up. I have never had a math teacher that is so knowledgeable and able to explain problems in a simple easy to understand way. I highly recommend this tutor for anyone in upper level high school and college math. You will not be disappointed she is well worth the money. She got me all the way through Calc 2.
