I hold a B.S. in Health and Human Performance and minors in Chemistry, Biology and Psychology. Hello! Thank you for the consideration for your or your child's tutoring. My name is Fayth, and I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University. I hold a B.S. in Health and Human Performance and minors in Chemistry, Biology and Psychology. I have extensive formal training in tutoring through VCU's Campus Learning Center and the Athletic Tutoring Department. With over 14 years of experience tutoring an array of math and science subjects, I have the experience to assist most students with their academic success.

I specialize in tutoring high school and college level students; I no longer see elementary school students. Being a former High School Athlete and a NCAA Athletic Tutor during undergraduate studies, I understand the needs of busy students and parents. Additionally, I have over 11 years of experience with assisting students with ADHD, anxiety, test-anxiety and autism spectrum disorder. My goal is to help you become the most self-sufficient student you can be. I do this through learning style adaptation and teaching valuable study and life-skills. The student must be 100% willing to improve and put the work in themselves, with or without my help or their parent's help. Please keep in mind, I am a tutor and a coach, not a teacher. You must be attending all classes and participate in your own lectures in order to achieve the grades you want.

Sessions are held in a public space such as a library, panera, starbucks or online. The Tutor will rarely meet in your home before a relationship is established. Minimum of 1 hour per session if travel time does not exceed 15 minutes. Strict 24 hr cancellation policy. If student is 15 mins or more late to a session without communication, the session will be canceled. Feel free to contact the tutor with any questions or concerns!
