I love math because it is like a puzzle that needs to be figured out. I especially love when my students finally "get" the concept and have that aha moment. You can actually see this on their face!!
I have 26 years experience teaching and have taught gifted, regular ed and inclusion classes. I am used to teaching students from all ends of the spectrum. My goal is to take the student where they are and grow them to where they need to be. Math is a process so we need to make sure the student has all the pieces of the concept needed so they can put them together in the way needed.
