Hello! Thank you for the consideration for your or your child's tutoring. My name is Fayth (or LeAnne in the past), and I am a Graduate Student at Xavier University. I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University; I hold a B.S. in Health and Human Performance and minors in Chemistry, Biology and Psychology. I have extensive formal training in tutoring through VCU's Campus Learning Center and the Athletic Tutoring Department. With over 15 years of experience tutoring an array of math and science subjects, I have the experience to assist most students with their academic success.

I specialize in tutoring high school and college level students. Being a former High School Athlete and a NCAA Athletic Tutor during undergraduate studies, I understand the needs of busy students and parents. Additionally, I have over 13 years of experience with assisting students with learning disabilities, specifically ADHD and test-anxiety. My goal is to help you become the most self-sufficient student you can be. I do this through learning style adaptation and teaching valuable study and life-skills. The student must be 100% willing to improve and put the work in themselves. Please keep in mind, I am a tutor and a coach, not a teacher. You must be attending all classes and participate in your own lectures in order to achieve the grades you want.

Sessions are held in a public space such as a library, Panera, Starbucks or online. The Tutor will rarely meet in your home before a relationship is established. Minimum of 1 hour per session if travel time does not exceed 15 minutes. Strict 24 hr cancellation policy. If student is 15 mins or more late to a session without communication, the session will be canceled. Feel free to contact the tutor with any questions or concerns!

My son really ENJOYS his lessons with Fayth. They've had sessions weekly for 3 months now and he is now an A student in Pre-Calculus.
