I have completed my Master of Science in Management and Leadership; as well as my Bachelor of Science in Business Management, in 2015. I have been using all of my completed studies in previous and current career. I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in 2015. As a manager and senior member of the American Society for Quality, I have over 25 years of experience in performance management, strategy management, and process improvement in manufacturing, health care, government, and military organizations. I have assisted businesses in obtaining and maintaining professional certification to ISO: 9001, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (U), and compliance to Nuclear Quality Assurance NQA-1. Positions I have held include: operations, services, leadership, technical writing, instructing, auditing, and in behavioral analytics. Being regarded as an expert, I identify practical solutions to difficult organizational problems and create customer-focused teams that build a sense of community and support of business and its members. I am characterized as a successful hands-on management practitioner and change agent and upholds a high-quality, professional standard approach to leadership in motivational team building, negotiation and communication skills. I also hold certifications in Project Management Professional, Certified Quality Auditor (Nuclear and ISO), Certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt, and has served in positions of Supplier Audit Manager, Test Engineer, and Manager of the Quality Management Systems.
