Wright State University (Graduate Coursework)
I am currently in my fourth year at Wright State University, where I'm majoring in English Literature, with a minor in German. I am also pursuing my TESOL certification, and am two semesters into this program. I have some experience teaching non-native speakers, and am most interested in these types of learners. I also have almost a decade of experience playing the guitar, and would also be willing to teach music theory/performance on the instrument.

Gray was really helpful to my daughter with her study. She really liked his teaching style. I would definitely recommend him.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have studied classical technique with Lawrence Pitzer and James McCutcheon, of Wittenberg and Wright State University, respectively. I have played the guitar for over ten years. I can teach a broad range of styles, from classical to traditional rock music. I can also teach music theory and sight reading.
