I have an Electronics Degree from Columbus State Community College and a Bachelors in Business from Devry University. I have had the opportunity to use these degrees in the work force. At Columbus State I learned the basics which was algebra 1, 2, Geometry and Trigonometry. I learned the basics in Calculus 1 for Electronics. Then I went on to learn the electronics portion of the degree. In the work force I worked in the United States Army applying my electronics in repairing equipment. Then after the military, I went on to be hired as a substitute teacher at Fairfield Vocational and East-land Career Centers for 3 years. Simultaneously, I worked for Columbus Dispatch as a collections agent. Then I went on to work at a private computer repair firm doing door to door repairs. Presently, I work at Walmart, which I have done for 3 years to learn the inside of how businesses work and am presently working on starting my online business.
My music career started where I learned how to read music from my oldest brother who took lessons on the flute. I took up the saxophone and self taught my self and played in the marching, concert and jazz bands in high school. I auditioned for the Ohio State University School of Music and successfully passed it, but joined the military, where I auditioned for the military band and passed it. But I chose to perform independently, because it gave me the upper hand on traveling abroad. I have and still perform in churches and community events. I play with music sound tracks, with or without accomplishments. Every year I perform for Mayor Coleman's National Night Out, Juneteenth and many other performances.
I use Jamey Abersold book and record sets to teach, along with sheet music. I prefer to start beginners out on the Flute-a-phone or Recorder to give them the basics.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
