I'm 32 years old and work as an engineer. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo, and a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Dayton.
My job requires extensive math and science skills, which I use daily. I am very patient and understand that each student learns differently. I will work hard to determine exactly how to best teach the material presented.

David was a fantastic tutor! I used his services for my College Algebra/Trig class and he really helped me gain a better understanding of the material. He is a great teacher and is very patient and kind. He helped me stay positive through a class that was very hard for me. He really encouraged me to be more confident and was quick to give positive feedback. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with him. I would highly recommend David to anyone who struggles with Math. Looking back, I only wish that I had found him sooner in my semester! Thanks again David!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
