Mary is Amazingly Patient and Full of Answers about ServSafe Food Operations. My wife was trying to learn on her own, but struggles with remembering. I tried creating visual flow charts that helped, but it was Mary's Flash Cards day in and day out that is really helping my wife. It can sometimes take hours over many days, but the extra help is worth it. We focused on currently used quesions, and that really helped us with what was most important.
