He had a team of seven people that he trained and evaluated on a regular basis to ensure their optimal performance in scoring the exams. The team's successful performance owes a lot to the method that he developed and used to train his team. Furthermore, his methodology involved the following steps: introduction and instruction of the material through theory and principles, understanding of key concepts, understanding of examples, practice through interactive exercises and use of different examples, review of the material, test. Although this would also be a perfect methodology to implement for language learners as well, Vitaliy would be glad to utilize interactive personal learning approaches for each student. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
