I have a bachelor's degree in management from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Coursework included public speaking and communication classes. Most of my teaching has been to adults, but I'm looking forward to teaching school age individuals.
My method is to listen to the in individual to find out where they want to improve. I help them to reduce nervousness and increase confidence. I encourage students and work with them were there at. I'm able to help people with the big picture of their speech with things like content and structure or focus in on details like speech pace and hand movements. I'm encouraging, positive, and understanding.
