Hello, my name is Joe C. I have been a social worker for a year and a half, working as a therapist. I have tutored before in the past as a student, teaching a young Spanish speaking student the English language. I have two Master's Degrees, in Social Work and in Education. I have always enjoyed teaching others and feel education is very important. I use what I have learned to teach to those who learn at different levels.

I cannot promise miracles, but I can promise that if the student is willing to work, I will work right along with them. Thank you. Hello, my name is Joe C. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
