For over 2 years I have been the communication skills workshop coordinator for UNC's MURAP program. I taught oral communication tools, and guided students thru PowerPoint presentations for seminars and conferences.

For over 10 years, I have served as a private tutor, mentoring students of all ages, levels, and interests at various community colleges in Cincinnati and San Francisco.

I have also prepared college students for graduate school. I have mentored over 40 students from underrepresented populations who were writing research projects and presenting them for seminars in preparation for graduate school applications.

Active Listener and Great Advice

Keith began our lesson by carefully listening and asking questions to understand what I wanted to convey on my father of the bride speech. We walked through the speech and he used what he learned to give me great pointers. I felt at ease. We ended by doing a walk through with great feedback. I am going to refine what I learned for the next session. I couldn't be more pleased and now am actually excited about my speech.
