University of Akron (AYA Math Education)
I am currently a student at the University of Akron on my way to getting a degree in AYA Mathematics Education, which is upper level math grades 7-12. I am currently taking the most challenging math courses at UA, so I am very experienced when it comes to math. I have always valued education and learning and I am so excited to be a potential tutor for your student. I am very enthusiastic and love helping students.

For a little background info, my professors here at UA asked me to be a full time tutor next semester for college students, and I have a lot of experience tutoring high school students. Thank you for reading my bio and I am so excited to be considered as your tutor!
I am a double major of mathematics and math education. I have high experience taking any math course possible and have a love for it as well. My best subjects are calculus and trigonometry but I have been told that my best tutoring subject is algebra.
I am so excited to work with you and make you a better math student! Please feel free to contact me for lessons at any time! Thank you. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
