About Ryan

I have tutored at SUNYPOLY as a hired tutor by the college and also as a personal, self hire job. I helped students in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering with occasional students of different departments.

I have taken a C programming course for my current degree. It was a C 101 course where the main objective was to learn how to use commands and use the programming language. I created roughly about 8 simple programs to understand how the language works and how to turn a problem into a program. A basic program that I created was conversion using subprograms.

C++ was my second mandatory course that I had to take for my Electrical Engineering degree. I know about stack under and over flows and data structures using this programming language. I have created various programs for this course all of which were approved by my professor.

As I am currently working towards my Electrical Engineering degree and have taken 3/4 of my required courses, I can help students with calculus 1, calculus 2, C programming, C++ programming, electrical circuits, and I am currently taking signals and systems, semiconductors, electronics, and calculus 3.

I am in my third year of college and I have successfully passed all of my courses without fail. I personally equalize everyone, so don't be afraid to ask all the questions in the world, I truly follow the "No question is dumb" rule.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Differential Equations

It is required for my ongoing Electrical Engineering degree to take differential equation and pass with a C or higher. I passed the course with an A and I understand the course well. I have also tutored this course to other students within my college when I worked as a tutor.

I am currently working towards my Electrical Engineering degree and have taken 3/4 of my required courses.
