Hello,

My name is Danielle and I have been tutoring students since I was fourteen. In high school, I began tutoring my fellow students in two subjects: mathematics and various sciences. By the time I graduated high school I tutored math, science, SAT test prep, and SAT math subject test, as well tutoring special education students.

I continued to tutor students at college, this time in economics. I helped failing students to raise their grades within four weeks and one exam. After more than eight years of tutoring, helping my mother, a fifth grade teacher, working with both regular and special education students, I believe that I can help your children to do their best in school.

I passed all four regents exams in math in high school. I took Calculus BC in my senior of high school and Multivariable Calculus in college. I have a great love for mathematics and have tutored it for over eight years. I took four years of economics classes and have a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University.

I love math and economics and my goal for each session is to show my students that while the subjects might be challenging, it does not have to be overwhelming. I assign homework after every lesson and quizzes every few lessons. I have helped many people to pass exams and do well overall in classes.

I am available for tutoring Monday through Saturday from 12pm to 10pm and Sunday from 12pm to 7pm. I can travel to students as well as meet them online.

I look forward to hearing from you and helping you achieve success in your studies!

Algebra 1,

Algebra 1

I have been tutoring algebra 1 for 8 years. During that time I have helped many students to pass their Regents exams. Once students are able to understand algebra, they will be able to better understand the higher-level mathematics. Some of the topics include linear equations, linear inequalities, linear functions, systems of equations, factoring expressions, quadratic expressions, exponents, functions, and ratios.
Algebra 2,

Algebra 2

I have been tutoring algebra 2 for 8 years. During that time I have helped many students to pass their Regents exams. Once students are able to understand algebra, they will be able to better understand the higher-level mathematics. Students will retouch subjects of systems of equations, inequalities, and functions. We will then learn about exponential and logarithmic functions, logarithms, imaginary and complex numbers, conic sections, and matrices.
