About Alia

Alia, M.S., CCC-SLP is a licensed, certified speech language pathologist offering in-home tutoring. She is a full-time speech language pathologist providing evaluations and treatment to children ages 3-15 on Long Island and in Brooklyn.

Alia received her Bachelors degree from University of Rhode Island in 2010, followed by a Masters degree in Speech Pathology from Adelphi University in 2013. During her graduate coursework, Alia completed externships in both clinical and school placements providing services for individuals with a variety of speech, language, cognitive, feeding, and social-pragmatic needs. For the past three years, she has provided evaluation and treatment services to students ages 3-13 in the school setting. Alia holds a New York state license in speech pathology and the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
