My name is Elizabeth! I have been tutoring test prep (SAT and ACT) and math (Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Statistics) the last couple years. I find learning enjoyable and want it to be enjoyable for everyone but know that can be difficult with the wrong teachers. When tutoring I prioritize finding ways to make the content memorable and then making sure application is understood through practice questions. I have experience tutoring high school students to the standardized tests as well as math for students K-12.

I am confident in tutoring through Calculus 2, having scored a 5 on AP Calculus AB exam, 4 scored on Calculus BC exam, and 4 scored on AP Statistics exam. As a student, I work to find the reasoning behind why math works the way it does giving me a better understanding and a better explanation to you.

Additionally, have tutored around a dozen kids in test prep. Scored a 780 on SAT math and 680 on SAT English and believe going through practice problems and learning testing tips can drastically improve your score.

Am a Biomedical Engineer major who is currently taking college level Chemistry and Physics classes. I scored a 4 on AP Chemistry exam and a 5 on AP Physics 1 exam in high school.
