About Christine

Welcome To My Page ~

Visual Arts and education has played a sustaining role in my life. I have various credentials that illustrate so. I believe I have the skills to help students strengthen their abilities and guide them to use their abilities to the fullest potential. Therefore, I desire to work with students to their best interest so a meaningful learning experience is achieved.

My areas of expertise are Digital Graphic Design and Traditional Art Methods, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Illustration & Design (plus, a concentration in Psychology). As for my field experience, I have been producing digital work for numerous years and 9-1/2-years I was employed as a digital graphic designer at well-found Rochester corporations and university. Where, I specialized in creative concepts, innovative designs, and final output [print material, presentation, animation, illustration (several for manuscript submissions to journals), web design, and web development]. Focus in corporate, educational, and technical assignments. Beyond my creative skills, I have enjoyed sharing my expertise as much as designing. In my past position, I mentored Rochester Institute of Technology student interns and provided U of R students and staff software and computer support. Recently, I was employed as a K-12 substitute teacher (10/2004 - 9/2010). Today and ongoing, I am self-employed as a senior citizen art teacher (5/2011 - Present). Moreover, I create by an array of ways digital and traditional for personal or other conditions.

Moreover, my career has given me the opportunity to work with many unique people: copywriters, language translators, administrative and IT personnel, skill tradespersons, engineers, professors, students, and scientists. I enjoy learning; I have years of experience with some software and limited with others. Moreover, new software (upgrades) or media does not intimidate me; therefore, I am enthusiastic and prepared to help others as well.

I would be pleased to help you discover your talent, strengthen your abilities, or guide you to use your skills to the fullest potential. Thank you and hope you enjoy your visit. I look forward to hearing from you.
