When I'm not teaching or reading you can find me making things - in the kitchen, workshop, or print studio! My creative approach to life extends into my teaching, finding new ways to make learning fun and personal.
I have a Master's degree in Reading, Language, and Literacy and have been teaching struggling readers and English language learners for the past 6 years. I am trained in the Wilson reading program and use a variety of different approaches to open up the exciting world of literature to all learners!
